Voting Policy

Each War Council member is expected to cast a vote on any votes proposed by
War Council members.
Any issue put to vote should be available for War Council representative
voting for a period of two weeks. All War Council
representatives are expected to check the alliance forums a minimum of once
per week. This two week voting timeframe gives each representative
time to find out about the issue, approach their guild to get feedback on
the issue and cast their vote as appropriate.In order for a motion to
pass, a two thirds majority of those that voted must be reached at the end of the two week voting
period. If a vote reaches a majority of two thirds of all current War
Council representatives prior to the two week time frame the vote can be
closed early and considered passed or failed.
