Voting Policy
Roll Call

In order to ensure each guild in the alliance has active representation in
the War Council, regular roll calls will be given in the War Council forum.

- Roll Calls will be done at a random time approximately once per month.
- The Roll Call will remain open for one week.
- Any guild without at least one representative responding to the roll call
will be spoken to in game, reminded of the War Council boards and
asked to ensure they will have active representation for the next roll call.
- Any guild that has been spoken to but has missed a second roll call in a
row will be put on a probation period lasting until the end of the next roll
call.
- Any guild that misses a roll call while on probation will be removed from
the alliance.
