Each guild nominates two members to serve on the War Council.
War Council members are expected to:

- Regularly read and contribute to the War Council forum a
minimum of once per week
- Participate and be aware of RvR activities ongoing in the
alliance and realm
- Represent their guild's opinions and thoughts on any War Council discussion
or vote
- Share relevant information and issues with their guild
- Help enforce /as Chat Rules by privately messaging members if necessary
- Ensure their guild members are following /as Chat Rules
- Notify the forum administrators if a member's access should be removed to
ensure security of the boards
- Be an example in behavior and morale in the realm
